Food Safety Inspection: Unhygienic Kitchen, Leaking Store Room Identified At Raidurg Shah Ghouse Restaurant
On Saturday, the food safety team inspected the restaurant and found several violations on the premises like open drains and food waste accumulation, unclean wash area and leakage in the store room, houseflies across the kitchen, poor housekeeping with grease stains and dirt, apart from kitchen walls with gutka stains

Unhygienic surroundings and semi-prepared food items without labels were identified by the food safety officials at the Shah Ghouse Restaurant in Raidurg, during the ongoing inspections on eateries across Hyderabad.
On Saturday, the food safety team inspected the restaurant and found several violations on the premises like open drains and food waste accumulation, unclean wash area and leakage in the store room, houseflies across the kitchen, poor housekeeping with grease stains and dirt, apart from kitchen walls smeared with gutka stains.
The restaurant management also did not produce water testing records of water used in beverage preparation when asked for by the officials, during the inspection.
The only good practice at the restaurant was the usage of caps and aprons by all the food handlers. The food safety officials gave 65% in the hygiene assessment and recommended an improvement notice to the restaurant.
