The inspection, conducted by food safety officials, exposed multiple violations at the juice bar:
Insects and cockroaches were found crawling inside the refrigerator, compromising food safety.
Rotten fruits were stored in the refrigerator, posing a health hazard.
The preparation area was found to be in an unhygienic condition, increasing the risk of contamination.
Open dustbins were observed, further contributing to the unsanitary environment.
The establishment failed to produce pest control records, medical fitness certificates for staff, or water analysis reports, all of which are mandatory under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
