Fire Breaks Out In Art Studio, None Hurt

HYDERABAD: A major fire broke out at an art studio in Hydershakote in Rajendranagar at around 10.20 am on Wednesday. No casualties were reported.

According to Rajendranagar SFO V. Chandra Naik, the fire erupted when an uncovered fire lamp toppled on a piece of paper. Soon the fire spread into the room.

There was no one inside the room at that time. When other residents where the art studio was housed noticed that the smoke was coming out from the building and they informed the fire department.

The firemen reached the spot and doused the flames within 20 minutes. Property worth ₹20,000-₹30,000 was expected to be destroyed. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
