FDDI Hyderabad To Host Pratibha Samman Samaroh To Honour Class XII students

From June 2 to 13 it will open its campus once again for the “Design Xplore Summer Camp,” a ten-day immersion into design innovation for students from Classes X to XII

Hyderabad:FDDI Hyderabad is preparing for a packed fortnight by offering recognition and inspiration to young achievers through back-to-back programmes that focus on academic merit and creative exploration. On Wednesday, the institute will host the ‘Pratibha Samman Samaroh’ to honour Class XII students who have cleared their board exams this year with at least 60 per cent or a 6.0 CGPA.

From June 2 to 13 it will open its campus once again for the “Design Xplore Summer Camp,” a ten-day immersion into design innovation for students from Classes X to XII.

The ‘Pratibha Samman Samaroh’ recognises students from any Central or state board who have cleared their exams in 2025 and submitted valid documentation, including proof of marks and identity. All eligible students will be awarded a certificate of excellence and a gift, while the top ten scorers will receive an additional voucher worth `1,000.

Calling the initiative a way to encourage young minds to aim higher, Dr Narsimhugari Tej Lohit Reddy, executive director of FDDI, Hyderabad, said that such gestures help cultivate future leaders across fields.

The institute’s design campus will also host high school students looking to experiment beyond textbooks. The Design Xplore Summer Camp, held at the TGLIPC Nilex campus in Raidurgam, will introduce teenagers to hands-on modules in design thinking, innovation, and industry-led creative workshops.

Students will also get to interact with laboratories, tour the campus, and complete a project by the end of the programme. Each participant will receive a certificate, along with real-world exposure to disciplines such as fashion, footwear, product development, digital design, and leather goods.

While the camp requires early registration due to limited seats, the award ceremony remains open to any qualifying student who meets the criteria and attends with the necessary documents.
