Father Kills Two Children, Attempts Suicide in Narayanpet
Accused allegedly murdered his children over marital dispute; currently undergoing treatment at Mahabubnagar Government Hospital
Narayanpet: A shocking incident in Narayanpet where a man allegedly killed his two children and later attempted to end his life. According to the police, the accused, identified as Shivaramaulu, murdered his children after being enraged over his wife’s refusal to return to the matrimonial home.
The man allegedly hanged the two children to death and later disposed of their bodies in Yapal Cheruvu. Following the murders, he reportedly attempted suicide by holding live electric wires, but the attempt failed. He then consumed insecticide, after which he fell unconscious.
Local residents noticed the incident and rushed Shivaramaulu to the Mahabubnagar Government Hospital for treatment. An investigation is underway to ascertain further details, police said.
