Expedite Land Acquisition For Musi Rejuvenation Project: Revanth Reddy

CM Revanth Reddy holds a review of the Musi Rejuvenation Project today

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy ordered the officials to expedite land acquisition for the prestigious Musi Rejuvenation project. The Chief Minister held a review of the Musi project at the MCRHRD Bodhi Pavilion today.

During the meeting, the CM enquired the officials about the status of land acquisition for the Musi project. CM Revanth Reddy emphasized that a policy for land pooling should be formulated. The policy should also focus on land acquisition falling under FTL (Full Tank Level), buffer zones, and assigned land categories.

The Chief Minister warned that legal complications should be avoided during the land acquisition. The officials were also instructed to invite tenders for Phase 2 of the Musi Project at the earliest. The CM suggested the Municipal Commissioners to focus more on securing low-interest loans for the projects and also review TDRs (Transferable Development Rights) every week. Tenders for the Manchirevula Omkareshwara Swamy Temple and publicity to the Kothwalguda Bird Park were also discussed in the meeting.

CM Secretary Manik Raj, HMDA Commissioner Sarfaraz Ahmed, GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan, Malkajgiri Municipal Commissioner Vinay Krishna Reddy, Cyberabad Commissioner Srujana, Ranga Reddy District Collector Narayana Reddy, Medchal Collector Manu Chowdary, MRDCL MD E.V. Narasimha Reddy, MRDCL JMD Gautami, and other senior officials were also present.
