HYDERABAD: Residents of the Erragadda gated community have submitted a representation to Medchal-Malkajgiri Collector M. Manu Choudary on Wednesday, requesting him to cancel the allotment for the proposed graveyard in the residential area in Fatehnagar.
They said the land is under the status quo as per court orders until the next hearing. They said we have informed officials that the court ordered that no activities should be carried out at the site and any move to permit land use would be illegal.
They requested the Collector to give the directions to the revenue, municipal Waqf board to strictly maintain the status quo.
