Ramchander Rao made an indirect reference to the Congress for the alleged undermining of the Election Commission

Hyderabad: Telangana BJP president N. Ramchander Rao alleged that some political parties of engaging in anti-national and anti-constitutional activities through policies that harm farmers and youth, saying people have clearly recognised these actions.

Hoisting the National Flag at the state party office, Ramchander Rao made an indirect reference to the Congress for the alleged undermining of the Election Commission. He urged the public to give a fitting reply to those insulting the nation through undemocratic means.

Recalling the Swadeshi movement’s role in the freedom struggle, he pointed to heavy tariffs imposed on Indian goods by the US administration and called on people to “rewrite history” by pledging to buy indigenous products. He also appealed to the public to avoid plastic use and actively contribute to environmental conservation.

Claiming that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is committed to building a “Young India, New India,” Ramchander Rao said India has emerged as a major economic power and is extending financial aid to several countries.

Union minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar, BJP general secretaries Dr Kasam Venkateshwarlu and Duggyala Pradeep Kumar, state vice presidents Gangidi Manohar Reddy and Dr N.V.S.S. Prabhakar, Sankineni Venkateswara Rao, Shilpa Reddy, MLC Anji Reddy, former MLAs, former MPs and other state office-bearers took part in the celebrations.
