Dr Rama Devi Appointed Director of Medical Education (Academic)

Hyderabad:The government has appointed Dr M. Rama Devi, Principal of Government Medical College, Suryapet, as director of medical education (academic) with immediate effect.

A health ministry order said Dr Rama Devi had been temporarily promoted to the category of director of medical education (academic) under the Telangana Medical Education Service Rules.

She has been directed to assume charge forthwith. The order clarified that the promotion is temporary and will remain subject to the outcome of any pending court cases, appeals or other legal proceedings.
