MLAs Disqualification Petitions Dismissed in Telangana
The Speaker gave the clean chit while pronouncing the verdict on petitions filed regarding the disqualification of MLAs

Hyderabad: In a crucial development in Telangana politics, Telangana Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar on Wednesday gave a clean chit to five MLAs stating that there was no evidence that they joined another party (Congress) thereby dismissing the disqualification petitions filed against them.
He gave the clean chit while pronouncing the verdict on petitions filed regarding the disqualification of MLAs. The Speaker announced the decision on the petitions filed against five MLAs—Arikepudi Gandhi, Tellam Venkata Rao, Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy, T Prakash Goud, and Gudem Mahipal Reddy.
Technically, these MLAs are with the BRS only. Of the 10 MLAs, the disqualification proceedings related to eight MLAs was completed while the proceedings related to two other MLAs - Danam Nagender and Kadiyam Srihari was still pending. The verdict related to three other MLAs - Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Kale Yadaiah and Sanjay Kumar would be delivered on Thursday.
