Decade-Long Legal Battle Wins Shop, Owaisi's Intervention Restores Blocked Passage for Teacher
The MLA visited the spot and got the encroachments removed restoring access to the shop.
Hyderabad:A school teacher who fought a decade-long legal battle to secure possession of his shop has finally got its common access passage restored after fresh encroachments blocked the way to the property.
The teacher who returned to the city after losing his job in Saudi Arabia during the Covid-19 pandemic had been struggling to support his family. After securing possession of the shop, he found that the common passage leading to it had been blocked by alleged encroachers.
Seeking intervention, he approached AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, who directed Nampally MLA Majid Hussain to look into the matter. The MLA visited the spot and got the encroachments removed restoring access to the shop. He warned those responsible and the officials concerned that any repeat of such encroachments would invite strict action.
