DAV Public School Launches Model United Nations Conference
Hyderabad: DAV Public School, Safilguda, hosted its inaugural Model United Nations (MUN) conference on Friday during which participants will be discussing pressing global issues such as climate change, international security, and human rights. The event will conclude on Sunday.
The event, held in the school's auditorium, saw enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and special guests, according to a statement. The event was inaugurated by BJP corporators C. Rajyalakshmi who emphasised the importance of understanding global issues and developing diplomatic skills.
Principal V.N.N.K. Sheshadri said the conference would provide students with a platform to engage with international issues, think critically, and collaborate with their peers.
