Cyberabad Police Order Liquor Outlets Closure for Bonalu

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police Commissioner M Ramesh on Friday ordered closure of wine and toddy shops, and bars attached to restaurants excluding bars in star hotels and registered clubs in half a dozen police station limits on Sunday on account of Bonalu festival.
These establishments would remain closed in Kukatpally, Allapur, Raidurgam, Jeedimetla, Medchal and Chandanagar police stations of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate on Sunday from 10 am to 10 pm. The Police Commissioner issued a notification in this regard in the interest of public peace and tranquility.
