Credai Property Show Opens at Hitex
Themed ‘Choice is Yours,’ this year’s edition aims to empower homebuyers while offering a cultural experience for families with live performances, concerts, expert sessions, and food stalls.

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy inaugurated the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credai) Hyderabad Property Show 2025 on Friday at the Hitex Exhibition Centre.
Themed ‘Choice is Yours,’ this year’s edition aims to empower homebuyers while offering a cultural experience for families with live performances, concerts, expert sessions, and food stalls.
The three-day event, open from August 15 to August 17 at Hitex Halls 1 and 3, features over 70 developers showcasing more than 300 RERA-approved projects, including apartments, villas, plots, and commercial spaces. Leading banks, financial institutions, and allied industries are also participating, offering spot deals and financial solutions.
The inauguration was attended by Credai Hyderabad President N. Jaideep Reddy, president-elect B. Jagannath Rao, general secretary K. Kranti Kiran Reddy, convener Kurra Srinath, and co-convener Aravind Rao Mechineni. Credai national president-Elect G. Ram Reddy, Credai Telangana president Indrasena Reddy, and other office-bearers and dignitaries were also present.
Speaking at the event, Jaideep Reddy said Hyderabad is on the cusp of rapid growth and has set benchmarks for development under the “Telangana Model” of reforms and governance. Jagannath Rao added that “Brand Hyderabad” continues to attract global investments across IT, pharma, EV, defence, and life sciences sectors, noting that the city recorded `1 lakh crore in new housing sales in 2024 and topped national charts again in the first half of 2025.
Members also highlighted Hyderabad’s commercial achievements, including hosting the world’s largest Amazon campus and Google’s second-largest campus. The city has become the fastest in the world to reach 100 million sq. ft. of Grade A commercial real estate, achieving the milestone in less than 20 years.
Addressing civic challenges, general secretary K. Kranti Kiran Reddy stressed the need to conserve water resources and praised the state government’s HYDRAA initiative for protecting lakes and green spaces. He also welcomed the Eagle initiative, aimed at eliminating drug abuse in the city.
