Hyderabad: Telangana DGP C.V. Anand on Wednesday felicitated a head constable’s daughter Challa Yamini, who has been selected for the Indian Forest Service (IFS).
Yamini is the daughter Challa Yadagiri, the head constable, who is serving in Suryapet district presently. On the other, Yamini is working as an auditor at MCEME in Secunderabad.
In the recently announced Indian Forest Service examination results, she secured 119th rank.
Mahesh Murlidhar Bhagwat, state DGP, law and order, was her mentor, a press release issued by the DGP office, stated.
