Cops Book Comedian for Mishap
Hyderabad: Pahadi Shareef police on Thursday registered a case after comedian Ramprasad aka Jabardasth Ramprasad’s vehicle allegedly rammed into a car, causing minor injuries to the driver and damaging the car completely, near the Tukkuguda Junction at ORR at 9 am.
According to Pahadi Shareef inspector K. Guruva Reddy, the complainant has been identified as Veeraiah. “Ramprasad’s car, being driven at a high speed, rammed into the car of the complainant, who suffered minor injuries and his vehicle got fully damaged,” said the inspector. A case was registered under Section 125(a) of the BNS.
Raid on Kritunga, Violations Detected
Hyderabad: The GHMC food safety officials inspected the premises of Kritunga Restaurant at Kothapet on Thursday based on a complaint. They observed several hygiene and sanitation violations. A show cause notice has been issued to the management and samples have also been sent for analysis.
Beggar Killed over Personal Rivalry
Hyderabad: A 40-year-old beggar was brutally murdered and his body was found near Azampura Chaman on Thursday. “The locals informed us at 4 pm. We rushed to the crime scene and found that the victim Mohammed Aqhil’s head was smashed with a boulder,” said M Raju, Chaderghat police inspector.
We alerted the clues teams and our special teams went through CCTV footage and identified the accused as Mohammed Mustafa. Victim Aqhil has been identified as a beggar. We suspect personal rivalry to be the reason behind the murder, the inspector said.
The accused Mustafa, another beggar, has been taken into custody police are yet to disclose the arrest officially.
Newborn found decapitated
Newborn Found Decapitated in Kalasiguda
Hyderabad: A newborn baby's head was found in a plastic cover on the stairs in Kalasiguda area, which falls under Mahankali police station.
K. Parashuram, inspector of Mahankali police station, said, “The locals informed the police on Wednesday night about the head of a newborn found wrapped in a plastic cover on the steps of Chandra Arcade. We rushed to the scene and checked the CCTV cameras that cited a stray dog carrying the polythene cover from Kalasiguda Nala with the head of a newborn into it.”
Our special teams are trying to identify the baby through the CCTV cameras installed on the other side, we have preserved the head at Gandhi hospital for identification, the inspector further said.
