Collector Anudeep Durishetti vows to finish pending works, start new projects under scheme

Nalgonda: Khammam district collector Anudeep Durishetti stressed that initiatives under the National Rural Employment Guarantee Programme (NREGP) should contribute to both community and individual prosperity.

As part of the Panula Jathara-2025 initiative, the collector attended a grama sabha at Budigempadu village in Raghunathapalem mandal, Khammam district, on Friday. Addressing the gathering, he assured that all pending works under the NREGP would be completed and that the foundation would be laid for new projects under the programme.

Durishetti announced that 262 projects will be taken up under the NREGP with an outlay of ₹67 crore. The grama sabhas are expected to pass resolutions approving these proposed initiatives.
