CMC commissioner G. Srijana held a public outreach programme in Miyapur to address residents’ complaints on roads, drainage, waterlogging, sanitation and other civic issues.
Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) commissioner G. Srijana on Wednesday held a public outreach programme at D.K. Enclave in Miyapur Ward, Serilingampally Zone, under the ‘One Ward Every Day’ initiative to address civic grievances.
Residents raised issues related to poor roads, drainage and stormwater works, nala desilting, waterlogging, streetlights, encroachments, mosquito control, park development and sanitation.
The commissioner directed officials to address the complaints on priority, adhere to timelines and improve coordination for faster execution of works. She said the initiative was aimed at strengthening citizen participation and assessing issues at the ground level. Officials said the grievances would be monitored and addressed to improve civic amenities in Miyapur.
