CMC Steps Up Drive to Make Cyberabad Poster-Free
The agencies were asked to strictly comply with the corporation’s poster-free initiative and cooperate in maintaining clean and aesthetically pleasing public spaces.

Hyderabad:The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) has stepped up efforts to make the city poster-free, directing offset printers and flex printing agencies not to print posters, flex banners or other publicity material meant for unauthorised display on public walls and other premises.
The agencies were asked to strictly comply with the corporation’s poster-free initiative and cooperate in maintaining clean and aesthetically pleasing public spaces.
The civic body warned that persons or agencies involved in printing or affixing unauthorised posters in violation of applicable rules could face penal action, including fines and imprisonment, as prescribed under law.
The corporation also urged printing agencies to support the campaign by refusing orders intended for unauthorised poster displays. The initiative aims to prevent walls and public places from being covered with advertisements and publicity material and ensure a cleaner Cyberabad.
