CM Revanth to Unfurl Tricolour at Public Gardens

Hyderabad:The state government will celebrate September 17, when the princely state of Hyderabad was merged into India in 1948, as ‘Praja Palana Dinotsavam’ on Thursday. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will unfurl the National Flag at an official function to be held at Public Gardens, Nampally.

Government Orders were issued nominating ministers and dignitaries to unfurl the National Flag and take the salute at the Guard of Honour at district headquarters.

Flag-hoisting has also been mandated at all government offices, urban local bodies and gram panchayats. All officials have been instructed to attend the events at the respective district headquarters where the dignitaries will unfurl the Tricolour.
