CM Revanth, KCR Visits Keep Warangal Region Busy

CM to inaugurate Mulugu Integrated Collectorate; KCR to attend memorial meeting in Nallabelli

WARANGAL: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will visit Mulugu district on August 16 to inaugurate the newly constructed Integrated District Collectorate and launch several development projects. Meanwhile, former chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) will visit Warangal on August 9 to attend a memorial meeting at Nallabelli in honour of former Narsampet MLA and Telangana movement leader Peddi Sudarshan Reddy, who recently passed away after a brief illness..

Preparations for the Chief Minister's visit are under way under the supervision of minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka and district officials.

During his visit, the Chief Minister will offer prayers at the Sri Sammakka-Saralamma Temple in Medaram. Authorities have been instructed to complete all arrangements relating to temple rituals, sanitation and pilgrim amenities well in advance.

Reviewing the arrangements on Thursday, Mulugu district collector Borkade Hemant Sahadeo Rao, along with Superintendent of Police Sudheer Ramnath Kekan, directed officials to complete all preparatory works by August 12.

The collector instructed officials to ensure that the Chief Minister's chamber, collector's office, conference hall, Cabinet room and the chambers of the additional collectors in the new Collectorate are fully equipped before the inauguration.

Officials were also directed to complete arrangements at the helipads at Medaram and the Government Degree College, besides ensuring adequate accommodation for VIPs.

The collector also directed departments to ensure uninterrupted power supply, drinking water, sanitation, parking facilities and medical services during the visit. Emergency medical teams, ambulances, fire services and security personnel will be deployed at key locations.

He asked all departments to coordinate closely to ensure the smooth conduct of the Chief Minister's visit.
