CM Revanth Defends Brother, Rejects Power Centre Allegations

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Sunday said that his brother A. Tirupathi Reddy was striving to resolve issues of people in Kodangal without taking any post in the government.

"When the BRS was in power, KCR was Chief Minister, his son KTR was a minister, his daughter Kavitha was an MLC, his nephew was an MP and another nephew was a minister. Together, they looted the state," Revanth Reddy alleged, responding to BRS allegations that his brother had become a power centre.

Speaking at Chandravancha of Kosgi mandal in Narayanpet after launching four welfare schemes, the Chief Minister noted that his brother Tirupathi Reddy had not accepted any post in government and was working for the people.

"My brother Tirupathi Reddy is taking care of the Kodangal constituency by meeting people, solving the issues of people. My family donated land for construction of the bus station and sub-stations of TSSPDCL in Kosgi and is committed to serve the people," Revanth Reddy said.
