CJP Demands Compensation for Deceased NEET Aspirant Juveriya's Family
CJP seeks compensation for NEET aspirant Juveriya's family after her death, as sister Aisha struggles to continue her studies
The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) on Wednesday said it would contact government authorities for assistance and compensation for the family of NEET aspirant Juveriya, whose death has left her younger sister Aisha struggling to continue her studies.
A CJP delegation met the family in Hyderabad and spoke to them about the circumstances surrounding Juveriya’s death, examination pressure and the distress the family has faced since then. The family said Juveriya had scored 974 out of 1,000 in Intermediate BiPC and 580 in NEET 2026.
Family members told the delegation that Aisha, who had been preparing for medical education alongside her sister, was quite affected after Juveriya’s death and could not appear for the re-NEET examination. They said she had also lost interest in continuing her studies.
CJP south zone and media lead Vijay Reddy Mallangi said the group had taken up Juveriya’s case with central government officials after it came to their notice. He claimed her name was included in a list of victims and said CJP would pursue assistance for the family.
