Civic Polls: Kamareddy Collector to Ensure Transparent Process
"Polling personnel should handle the checklists carefully," the collector said on Wednesday while inspecting the distribution of election material to polling staff in Rajampet and Devunipalli Zilla Parishad High School.
Kamareddy:District collector Ashish Sangwan has said the process for the Gram Sabha polls would be transparent and smooth.
"Polling personnel should handle the checklists carefully," the collector said on Wednesday while inspecting the distribution of election material to polling staff in Rajampet and Devunipalli Zilla Parishad High School.
The collector advised the officials to remain alert and ensure a smooth election process. He examined the election material, ballot papers and ballot boxes provided to the polling officers.
After collecting the material from the distribution centre, the polling staff would reach their polling stations and once again verify the arrangements for the voting process. If any issues are noticed, they would report the matter to the collector immediately.
The collector advised the staff of all departments to work in tandem to ensure the election process is transparent and free from obstacles.
