Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar Begins Three-Day Visit to Hyderabad
CEC to meet booth-level officers; Srisailam visit purely religious
Hyderabad: Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar arrived here on Friday as part of his three-day visit to Hyderabad and Srisailam.
He will undertake official engagements here, including interactions with booth-level officers (BLOs) at Ravindra Bharathi auditorium, and visit prominent heritage and public landmarks. His visit to Srisailam is religious and devotional in nature, with no official or administrative engagements scheduled in Andhra Pradesh.
The visit is being coordinated by the Election Commission authorities in consultation with the state and district administrations.
Upon arrival at the airport, he was received by Telangana Chief Electoral Officer C. Sudarshan Reddy and senior officials. Later in the evening, CEC Kumar proceeded to Srisailam.
