According to RGIA (Outpost) police, no specific bomb threat was sent to the Hyderabad airport, however, the e-mail sent to Indigo Airlines’ grievance portal, which warned of a bomb being planted at Terminal 3 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport, mentioned that the bombs were planted in
several other airports across the country including Hyderabad.
“For past three days, we have been regularly conducting checks at the airport. After being informed of this bomb threat, we have intensified them a little,” an official from the RGIA police said.
