Hyderabad: The next Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls will be carried out in Telangana, Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar announced on Sunday. Addressing a meeting of Booth Level Officers (BLOs) in Hyderabad, the CEC urged officials to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the SIR exercise across the state. He noted that, on average, each BLO in Telangana is expected to handle around 930 voters during the revision process.
