Car Catches Fire, No Casualties

HYDERABAD: A car caught fire near Shamshabad naka within RGIA outpost limits at around 10.55 am on Sunday. According to RGIA outpost inspector J. Balraju, no casualties were reported.
The incident came to light after locals informed police and fire department, who reached the spot and doused the flames.
Srikant Chaudhary, the driver of the car, was heading to airport from the city when the incident occurred. However, the front part of the car was damaged.
The incident resulted in traffic jam and it was later cleared by the Shamshabad traffic police. Further investigation is underway.
