Vikarabad Bus Accident: CM Revanth Orders Best Treatment for Injured

The driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn.

Vikarabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy expressed deep anguish over the road accident in Vikarabad district in which three people were killed and several others injured.

The Chief Minister conveyed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the accident.

He directed officials to ensure that the injured receive the best medical treatment and instructed them to take all necessary measures to provide immediate assistance to the victims.

Three women died and seven others were seriously injured after a private travel bus overturned near Ananthagiri Ghat Road in Vikarabad district on Saturday.

According to preliminary reports, around 54 people from Kesaram village in Patancheru, Sangareddy district, were travelling to Chintakunta village in Dharur mandal, Vikarabad district, to attend a funeral.

The accident occurred while the bus was descending the Ananthagiri Hills. The driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn.

The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Police and rescue personnel reached the spot and began relief operations.
