Hyderabad: BRS leader Krishank Manne filed a petition with National Green Tribunal against the state government and Telangana Mineral Development Corporation for issuing an order to extend sand loading timings from 6 pm to 9 pm. The petition sought cancellation of the order.
He stated that the order violated standard environmental guidelines of the Centre. He said sand mining should be done between 6 am and 6 pm.
