BJP Telangana Chief Congratulates New Office-Bearers
Ramachander Rao praises Chandrashekhar’s role in doubling the seats in TG.
Hyderabad: BJP Telangana president N. Ramchander Rao on Thursday congratulated the newly appointed state organisation general secretaries and deputy general secretaries, saying the appointments, announced as part of the party’s organisational changes, would give fresh momentum to the BJP’s expansion.
Rao congratulated Madhukar on being appointed state general secretary (organisation) for Telangana and Dasharath as state joint general secretary (organisation).
He expressed confidence that their vast organisational experience and commitment would strengthen the party from the grassroots level.
He also extended special congratulations to Chandrashekhar, who has been appointed state general secretary (organisation) for Madhya Pradesh BJP.
Recalling Chandrashekhar’s contribution to Telangana, Rao said the party witnessed significant organisational and electoral growth during his tenure.
“Under his guidance, the BJP doubled its Lok Sabha tally in Telangana from four seats in 2019 to eight seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections,” Rao said, adding that the party also expanded its footprint in urban local bodies across the state.
