Leaders hail Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam as milestone for women’s empowerment

Hyderabad: BJP Mahila Morcha organised a sand art exhibition to celebrate the passage of the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, which provides 33 per cent reservation for women in legislatures.
State president Dr Mekala Shipa Reddy described the law as a symbol of dignity and empowerment for women, stating it ensures not just representation but decision-making power.
BJP Telangana president N. Ramchander Rao also praised the initiative, calling it a historic step toward transforming women into leaders.
Several Mahila Morcha members and representatives from educational institutions participated in the event.
