BJP Leaders Detained during Secretariat Protest over Fee Reimbursement Dues
The sudden arrival of the BJP leaders at the high security Secretariat raising slogans left the police baffled

Hyderabad: A large number of activists of Telangana BJP including State unit president N Ramchander Rao and MP DK Aruna were detained by the police for staging a protest in front of Telangana Secretariat here on Thursday demanding release of free reimbursement dues.
The sudden arrival of the BJP leaders at the high security Secretariat raising slogans left the police baffled. However, the police immediately took them into preventive custody and dispersed the activists.
Speaking to media persons, Rao and Aruna sought to know the reasons behind the delay in releasing the dues. The government’s irresponsible attitude is putting the students in a confused state, they said.
They demanded that the State government take necessary steps to release the dues in the interest of students’ future.
