Adilabad:BJP leaders led by Nirmal district leader Ritesh Rathod on Sunday staged a protest in Khanapur, where they burnt a banner of what they referred to as the “Cockroach Janta Party” and raised slogans.
Addressing the media, Rathod criticised the leadership of the group, alleging that it was acting against the country’s interests with financial support from external forces. He further alleged that parties in the I.N.D.I.A. alliance were backing it.
He said the BJP would oppose the group to protect national interests.
