Bid to Grab 1K Sq Yard Land Parcel, Case Filed
Unidentified persons trespassed into land in Madhapur

Hyderabad:The Allapur police registered a case on Saturday in connection with a dispute over a 1,452-square yard land parcel in Madhapur worth hundreds of crores, near the National Investigation Agency (NIA) office.
According to the first information report (FIR), unidentified persons allegedly trespassed into a property and attempted to bulldoze a room and raze the fencing on the land in Survey No. 1002.
The petition was filed by K. Naveen Kumar, director of NVN Constructions Pvt. Ltd, alleging illegal trespass and attempted demolition of his property.
He alleged that “unknown persons” using a JCB attempted to demolish a room and fencing on his land on December 19 at about noon. He mentioned that a petrol retail outlet had been operating on the land, leased on one K. Haritha.
He claimed that he had obtained all required permissions from the GHMC and Cyberabad police commissionerate to operate the outlet. He sought legal action against those responsible for the alleged illegal entry and demolition attempt.
Following this complaint, a counter petition was filed by Satish Goud Yashki, brother of politician Madhu Yaskhi Goud. This complaint claimed illegal trespass into his property located in Survey No.s 1007 and 1002, comprising 722 square yards, located near the 1,452-square yard site in Madhapur.
He alleged that on December 15, unidentified persons had entered his land and began drilling a borewell illegally. Satish Goud also claimed ownership of the 722 square yards of land through a registered document and cited confusion over survey boundaries resulting in disputes.
He requested police intervention to prevent further trespass and sought time for verification of survey numbers with the revenue department. Police registered a second case based on his complaint. So far, no notices have been served and the police are investigating.
