Nalgonda: Bhongir MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy on Saturday said that uplifting the poor and ensuring the comprehensive development of the state was the sole aim of the State government, which reflected the true spirit of Praja Palana.

Inaugurating an RO water plant at the area hospital in Nakrekal, Nalgonda district, he said Congress elected representatives were utilising MPLADS, Constituency Development, and Mineral Funds for the development of their constituencies, in addition to the programmes taken up by the state government. Equal importance, he noted, was being given to the development of both urban and rural areas. By effectively using schemes and available funds, all the issues faced by the people would be resolved, he added.

Nakrekal MLA Vemula Veeresham informed that 90 per cent of the works on the 100-bed hospital at Nakrekal had been completed and the facility would be inaugurated by Chief Minister Anumula Revanth Reddy within the next one or two months. The Chief Minister would also address a public meeting on the occasion, he said.

Later, the Bhongir MP inaugurated another RO water plant at the government hospital in Ramannapet.
