Banner war erupts in Hyderabad as Congress hits Rs 1.78 lakh cr investments at Davos

A banner war had erupted in Hyderabad after the Congress-government in Telangana bagged a massive 1.78 lakh crore investments at World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos.

This year's Davos meet was a remarkable success for the Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy-led delegation. During the last year's meet the Congress Govt bagged investments of Rs 40,000 crore, while this time they grew over four times.
The previous best during the BRS-regime was Rs 19,000 crore in 2019.
After the significant increase in the investments, Congress leaders took a dig at BRS leaders, targeting former chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and his son KT Rama Rao.
The banners read "Stomach upset by investments? Use ENO!" The cocky banners were put up across Hyderabad.
On the other hand, the BRS party social media handle countered the banner with a post. "The mason had done nothing but attack the existence of Telangana by saying 'Change'. Revanth Gang is looting thousands of crores under the guise of fake investments," the post reads.
