Bandi Sanjay Warns Corporators Not to Support MIM

Reiterating Raja Singh’s loyalty, Sanjay described him as a dedicated BJP worker committed to Hindu unity

Hyderabad: Union minister of state Bandi Sanjay Kumar appeared in public along with party legislator T. Raja Singh warned GHMC corporators against backing MIM candidate Mirza Riyaz Ul Hassan Effendi in the upcoming Hyderabad Local Bodies MLC election.

After offering prayers at the Akashpuri Hanuman temple alongside Raja Singh, Goshamahal MLA, Sanjay told reporters that supporting the MIM would end the corporators' political careers. “If you help MIM win, the entire Hindu society will unite and defeat you. Consult your constituents and your families before deciding whom to support,” he averred.

Reiterating Raja Singh’s loyalty, Sanjay described him as a dedicated BJP worker committed to Hindu unity. “There are no differences between us. We are always united,” he said.

On the Congress government's distribution of fine-quality rice through fair-price shops, Sanjay claimed the grain was supplied by the Modi government. “If the Congress has any guts, let them write to the Centre stating they don’t need Central funds for ration distribution,” he challenged.

Responding to BRS leader K.T. Rama Rao’s remarks that a “BJP MP” had acted as the broker for the Kancha Gachibowli land deal, Sanjay demanded the broker’s identity and evidence of corruption be revealed. He noted that BJP and ABVP members had fought over the University of Hyderabad land issue and had even gone to jail, unlike BRS leaders who, he alleged, limited themselves to holding press conferences.

Sanjay accused the BRS of failing to expose the Congress government’s unfulfilled promises and six guarantees in the Assembly, calling the party ineffective in opposition.

Taking aim at the Congress, Sanjay said the party would meet the same fate as the BRS. “Chief Minister Revanth Reddy can’t even secure an appointment with Rahul Gandhi, yet hurls wild, baseless allegations against Modi just to impress him,” he alleged.
