Bandi Sanjay Wants to Chase Cong, MIM Out of Country
His argument was that both the parties lacked patriotism

KARIMNAGAR: Union minister of state for home Bandi Sanjay Kumar has called upon the people to chase both the Congress and All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) parties away from the country as they “insulted” the Vande Mataram song.
His argument was that both the parties lacked patriotism. While the Congress was interrupting the recitation of Vande Mataram, MIM was completely boycotting the song, he said and warned that the song would be recited on a massive scale at Hyderabad old city’s Bhagyalaxmi temple if MIM humiliated the song again.
Bandi Sanjay was interacting with the media persons here on Tuesday. He came down heavily on Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge for opposing the Vande Matram song in the middle of an I-Day event in the national capital.
“Merely migrating to India from Italy is not enough. It is mandatory for one to know the history, values, culture and traditions of the country and follow them,” he ruled.
