Appointment Orders to Be Issued to 1,919 Nursing Officers on International Nurses Day

Hyderabad: Health minister Damodar Rajanarsimha is scheduled to distribute appointment orders to newly recruited nursing officers on Tuesday to mark International Nurses Day. The programme will be held at 4 pm at the Osmania Medical College in Koti. The Medical and Health Devices Recruitment Board has filled 1,919 nursing officer posts in the health department, for which appointment letters will be issued on Tuesday, and 257 in the labour department. The minister directed special chief secretary, health, Dr Christina Z. Chongthu and senior officials to make necessary arrangements to ensure that the selected candidates do not face any inconvenience while attending the programme.
