69-ft 'Vishwashanti Mahashakti Ganapati'
With Ganesh Chaturthi 2025 just three days away, all eyes are on Telangana’s grandest celebration- the iconic Khairatabad Ganesh, known for being one of the tallest Ganapati idols in the country. This year’s idol, titled Vishwashanti Mahashakti Ganapati, is already drawing massive crowds and creating a festive buzz at the site.
The preparations are in full swing with the final colouring works underway under the supervision of chief sculptor Chinna Swamy Rajendran. Devotees and visitors have already started flocking to the site, turning the area into a vibrant hub filled with selfies, photos, and festive spirit.
Spiritual Grandeur and Divine Depictions
The 2025 Maha Ganapati idol takes the divine form of Shantamurthy, flanked by deities symbolizing cosmic balance Lord Brahma, Vishnu, and Maheshwara. To the left of the idol, devotees can find Lord Jagannath of Puri along with Subhadra and Balaram, and to the right, Goddess Lakshmi with Lord Hayagriva. The mandap also features Kanyaka Parameshwari on the right and Gajjelamma on the left.
