AIIMS Bibinagar Building to be Ready by 2026-End
He also assured that he would request railway officials to stop more trains at Bibinagar station and said MMTS Phase-II would be extended up to Yadagirigutta

NALGONDA: Union minister G. Kishan Reddy on Tuesday said the restructured buildings of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Bibinagar in Yadadri-Bhongir district would be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi by the end of 2026.
Inspecting the construction works on the campus, Kishan Reddy said the state government had handed over old buildings for AIIMS which were not suitable for a national institution. The Centre therefore took up remodelling and reconstruction of hospital blocks, medical college, hostels and dining facilities with modern designs to meet national standards.
The works are being executed on 206 acres at a cost of ₹1,110 crore. Kishan Reddy said 80 per cent of the construction was complete and once finished, AIIMS Bibinagar would house a 750-bed hospital.
He pointed out that people from Nalgonda, Warangal, Karimnagar and Hyderabad would benefit from better road connectivity to Bibinagar AIIMS, located between the Outer Ring Road and Regional Ring Road. He also assured that he would request railway officials to stop more trains at Bibinagar station and said MMTS Phase-II would be extended up to Yadagirigutta.
AIIMS director Amit Agarwal and other officials accompanied the minister during the inspection.
