Adilabad Tribal Girl Secures All-India Rank in IAT-2025, Gains IISER Admission

Adilabad: Rathod Alekhya of Thadihathnoor in Adilabad district has secured an All-India rank of 673 under the ST category in the Indian Institutes of Science Education Aptitude Test (IAT-2025) and gained admission into the five-year BS-MS (Dual Degree) programme at IISER, Tirupati.

Alekhya completed her intermediate education at the Model School in Narnoor.

Asifabad MLA Kova Laxmi congratulated Alekhya for her academic achievement and extended financial support of Rs.10,000 towards her studies. She also appreciated Alekhya’s parents, Rathod Vijay and Surekha, for encouraging their daughter to pursue higher education.
