Adilabad:Adilabad MP Godam Nagesh on Friday urged Union minister of education Dharmendra Pradhan for the establishment of a Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Adilabad district.
Following this meeting, the BJP MP also approached Union minister of tribal affairs Jual Oram to seek approval for the construction of an Eklavya Model Residential School in Sirpur (U) mandal of Komaram Bheem Asifabad district.
Godam Nagesh emphasised that these initiatives would significantly assist tribal students in continuing their education and help reduce dropout rates.
Moreover, he discussed with Union minister of culture Gajendra Singh Shekawat the possibility of including the Basar temple under the ‘Prasad Scheme.’
