The Telangana High Court on Monday issued notices to the CBI and Dastagiri, accused-turned-approver in the murder case of Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy, directing them to file their counter on the criminal petition challenging the CBI court’s decision in allowing him as witness.

Hyderabad:The Telangana High Court on Monday issued notices to the CBI and Dastagiri, accused-turned-approver in the murder case of Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy, directing them to file their counter on the criminal petition challenging the CBI court’s decision in allowing him as witness.
The other accused D. Sivashankar Reddy, Y.S. Bhaskar Reddy and Y.S. Avinash Reddy have filed a petition before the High Court challenging the trial court orders. Justice K. Lakshman on Monday heard the petition and issued notices to the CBI and Dastagiri.
