32 Inspectors Transferred in Hyderabad Police Commissionerate
The decision to transfer the Inspectors was taken during the Police Establishment Board meeting conducted on Thursday
Hyderabad: In a major reshuffle, Hyderabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar transferred 32 inspectors including Punjagutta and Saifabad Inspectors with immediate effect to various police stations and other wings owing to administrative grounds.
Punjagutta Inspector M Rama Krishna has been transferred to IT Cell. Central Crime Station E Jahangir Yadav was transferred and posted as Inspector of Punjagutta police station. Saifabad Inspector A. Seethaiah was transferred to Attapur police station replacing K Nageshwara Rao.
Rao was transferred and posted as Inspector of Saifabad police station where several key government offices including Telangana Secretariat were located in its limits.
Of the 32 Inspectors, four of them were from Special Branch Wing. Four Special Branch Inspectors Ch Suresh Babu, R Ravinder, T Sreenath Reddy and K Adi Reddy were transferred and posted as Inspectors of Gandhinagar, Chandrayangutta, Bahadurpura and Malakpet traffic police stations, respectively.
Cybercrimes Inspector KM Raghavendra was transferred and posted as Kacheguda Detective Inspector.
The Commissioner asked the officials concerned to relieve the Inspectors immediately with instructions to report at their new place of postings and report compliance. The decision to transfer the Inspectors was taken during the Police Establishment Board meeting conducted on Thursday and accordingly orders were issued.
