HYDERABAD: About 352 minors, including 340 boys and 12 girls, were rescued within Cyberabad Commissionerate limits by the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) under Operation Smile-XII this week. As a result, 110 cases were registered under the Juvenile Justice Act.
Between January 24 and 31, SHE teams conducted 138 decoy operations, catching 42 persons red-handed for indecent acts in public places. At least 47 petty cases were booked, while 27 complaints were received from women victims through various modes.
