Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s property market remains strong: a one acre parcel in KPHB Colony fetched ₹65.34 crore in an e-auction conducted by the Telangana Housing Board (TGHB). The plot, located in KPHB Phase IV, was purchased by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The auction drew 11 bids from four bidders.
Additionally, TGHB generated ₹26 crore by allotting Rajiv Swagruha flats in Bandlaguda, Nagole. The flats, priced to benefit the middle income segment, were offered via lottery: 159 applications were received, and 131 flats were allotted.
