Stray Bear Giving Nightmares To Kotagiri Town Residents

Ooty: The movement of a stray bear in Kotagiri town limits near here has scared the residents, who wanted the foresters to capture it.

The bear, which entered the Kotagiri town a couple of days ago, on Sunday trespassed into the police station premises and then walked to the government hospital premises, forcing the people there to run for safety.

The residents wanted the foresters to capture the stray bear for relocation and to evolve deterrent plans for the future.
