Sasikala Hints at Floating New Party on Jayalalithaa's Birth Anniversary

Chennai: Ousted former AIADMK general secretary V K Sasikala announced that she would soon launch a new party and unveiled the flag that has the images of C N Annadurai, M G Ramachandran and J Jayalalithaa on the middle white band sandwiched between a black and red bands.
After remaining quiet for nine years after her expulsion from the AIADMK, she was embarking on the exercise following the footsteps of Annadurai, MGR and Jayalalitha, she said at a public meeting in Kamuthi in Ramanathapuram district on Tuesday.
The name and office-bearers of the party would be announced later on.
